CLEAN HOLDING COMPANY SECURES 630 MW OF SIMPLE-CYCLE NATURAL GAS TURBINES TO SUPPORT OVER 1 GW OF COMBINED-CYCLE POWER GENERATION CAPACITY

Texas, January 28, 2026 — Clean Holding Company ("CHC"), a U.S.-based clean and hybrid energy infrastructure developer, today announced that it has secured twenty industrial-grade simple-cycle natural gas turbine generator units representing approximately 630 megawatts (MW) of simple-cycle generating capacity and supporting more than one gigawatt (GW) of combined-cycle generation capability for deployment across its expanding portfolio of hyperscale data center and industrial energy infrastructure projects.


The turbine acquisition represents a significant milestone in CHC's strategy to rapidly deploy dispatchable generation assets capable of supporting the accelerating power demands of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, advanced manufacturing, and other energy-intensive digital infrastructure developments throughout the United States.


Generation Fleet Overview


Under the procurement program, CHC has secured:


  • Twenty (20) industrial simple-cycle natural gas turbine generator units (both trailer- and skid-mounted)
  • Approximately 31.5 MW of simple-cycle generating capacity per unit
  • Approximately 630 MW of aggregate simple-cycle generation capacity
  • Combined-cycle operating capability exceeding 1 GW through heat recovery and steam generation integration
  • Modular deployment architecture supporting phased infrastructure development across multiple project sites


The turbine fleet provides CHC with the flexibility to deploy generation assets in scalable increments, allowing capacity additions to align with customer demand, construction schedules, and regional grid interconnection timelines.


Technical Specifications


The secured turbine fleet is designed to meet recognized industrial standards for critical energy infrastructure applications, including:


  • Technical standard compliance with API 616-2022 – Gas Turbines for the Petroleum, Chemical and Gas Industries
  • Modular configuration suitable for rapid installation and commissioning
  • Compatibility with future combined-cycle conversion utilizing heat recovery steam generation systems


The equipment is intended to support high-availability applications requiring dependable, dispatchable generation with operational flexibility for both behind-the-meter and grid-support deployments.


Strategic Infrastructure Expansion


The acquisition expands CHC's ability to deliver dedicated power generation solutions for hyperscale data centers, industrial facilities, and other mission-critical infrastructure requiring reliable electricity independent of traditional utility construction timelines.


The turbine portfolio is expected to support:


  • Behind-the-meter generation for hyperscale data center campuses
  • Utility support and grid resiliency initiatives
  • Modular energy deployments ranging from approximately 30 MW to several hundred megawatts
  • Future combined-cycle generation projects delivering enhanced fuel efficiency and increased electrical output
  • Integration with battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and hybrid energy infrastructure


By securing generation equipment in advance of project deployment, CHC expects to reduce procurement risk and improve execution timelines for future customer engagements.


Supporting Accelerated Data Center Growth


Demand for dispatchable generation continues to increase as artificial intelligence workloads, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, and advanced computing facilities require dependable power that can be delivered on compressed development schedules.

  • Hyperscale data center campuses
  • Industrial manufacturing facilities
  • Dedicated energy campuses supporting AI and high-performance computing


Individual projects may initially operate in simple-cycle configuration with future conversion to combined-cycle operation where project economics, permitting, and customer requirements support enhanced efficiency and increased generating capacity.
